Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Includes all original tags and packaging

  • Meets one of the following criteria:

    • Item does not match the description

    • You received the wrong item

    • The item arrived damaged or defective


How to Return an Item

You can return items by mail or in-store:

  • By Mail: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number.

  • In-Store: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store. Our team will assist you with the return process.


Return Fees

We do not charge return fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
