Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At saintluxo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return, refund, and cancellation process simple and hassle-free.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. You can return an item if:

  • It does not match the description.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

You can return your order by mail or in-store:

By Mail: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a return. We’ll provide detailed return instructions along with a return authorization number.

In-Store: Visit our store with the item and proof of purchase. Our team will assist you with the return process.

Return Fees

We do not charge return fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
